一直都没找到很好的解决办法，有人说用widget layer，可是每次系统起来的时候，都要按下F9才能调出，比较麻烦。
下面提供一种相对简单而且有效的方法：
1. 首先确定你已经安装了compiz 和compiz manager包

2.点击桌面上的Screenlets逐个配置如下：菜单选择->Window 勾选如下选项Lock stick keep below
Lock 这个选项选中后，screenlets将无法用鼠标移动，这样可以防止鼠标误操作
stick  这个选项选中后，screenlets将出现在每一个虚拟桌面上
keep below 这个选项可以保证screenlets一直在最底层，当然对于“回收站”那个图标，你可以选择keep above，这样在你可以随意拖选要删除的文件到回收站啦。

3. 打开CompizConfig 设置管理器
选择第一项General Options, 取消选择“隐藏跳过任务栏窗口”( "Hide Skip Taskbar Windows")

OK这样设置就应该可以了。
